An Edible History of Humanity

I liked it. I was a fan of Tom Standage’s History of the World in Six Glasses, but An Edible History of Humanity is a better connected read, better flow.

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a story of history with an agriculture (that’s food, to you city folk) focus.
